How We Bill Overages
- Overage charges are calculated on the 1st of each month
- We monitor traffic in real-time using industry-standard analytics
- Invoice is sent via email by the 5th of each month
- Payment due within 7 days of invoice date
- Multiple unpaid invoices may result in temporary hosting suspension
Minimum Charges
There is no minimum monthly charge. If you stay within 5M views, you pay absolutely nothing extra.

For legitimate businesses, you have nothing to worry about. This policy exists to protect our infrastructure and other users.

What happens if I exceed 5M views?

You'll be charged ₹40 per million views in excess. For example, 8M views = 3M excess = ₹120. We'll notify you by email & WhatsApp with the amount, and you have 7 days to pay.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Yes! If you started on the Starter plan and want more features (like a multi-section site, gallery, or blog), you can upgrade to the Business or Premium plan. Just reach out and we'll figure out the best path — you'll only pay the difference.
Is there a maximum storage limit?

No! Upload images, files, and documents freely. You only pay for bandwidth (views), not storage.
What if my website grows and I consistently get 10M+ views?

We'll contact you and discuss custom plans, enterprise pricing, or infrastructure optimization options for high-traffic websites.
How are views counted? (Pageviews vs Unique Visitors)

We count "views" as the number of times content is delivered from our servers (HTTP requests). One user visiting 5 pages = 5 views. One image load = 1 view. We use industry-standard tracking similar to Google Analytics.
What if I don't pay the overage bill?

After 15 days without payment, we'll send a reminder. After 30 days, hosting may be temporarily suspended. We're flexible though — just reach out if you need a payment plan.
Website design is a (One-Time Setup) service (non-refundable once work has begun). Your 2 Years Managed Hosting is included in your plan — no extra charges during that period. After 2 years, you can renew, transfer, or cancel with full notice.
📜 General Terms
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our infrastructure or pricing. We'll notify you 30 days in advance via email before any changes take effect.
Data & Privacy
Your website data is completely yours. We don't sell analytics data, visitor information, or any personal data.
Website Ownership
You own your website completely. At any time, you can:
- Export your entire website code (costs making charges)
- Transfer your domain to another registrar
- Move your hosting elsewhere (Hostinger, HostGator, AWS, etc.)
- Cancel any time ((One-Time Setup) payments are non-refundable)
